Breathwork meditation helps create feelings of clarity, gratitude, love, increased mind-body connection, emotional releasing, and spiritual awareness.

You may also experience tingling sensations in the body, releasing of trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger. Join us in this practice that has become a powerful tool for spiritual development and efforts to connect with self and God.

Bring a pillow, blanket, journal & pen, water bottle, and a mat if you have one (we have extras).
