Join our first Heare Retreat in O'ahu, Hawai'i.

Arrive Thursday around 3pm, July 11th at our site in Hauula, about a 45 minute drive from the Honolulu airport. We'll have a tour of the sacred site, then start at 5pm with a hands-on fire knife experience.
Friday and Saturday agenda will include:
- guided meditations and journaling
- connecting with mother nature
- defining our mission statements
- transformation lab
- breathwork session
- skydiving or swimming with sharks (optional; separate cost)

What's included:
- 2 nights at a beautiful site which will have a mix of available beds and some camping
- air mattresses and bedding will be provided for the majority of guests, locals will bring a mat or cot and sleeping bag or blankets.
- Meals: dinner Thursday night; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday; breakfast and lunch on Saturday. We'll conclude Saturday evening around 4:30-5pm.
- Guided meditations, group share sessions, defining your life's mission and purpose, introspective journaling exercises, transformational coaching and guided breathwork session.
What's NOT included:
- On Friday, you'll have the options to go Skydiving $199 or Swimming with Sharks $150. These are optional activities that will be held at the same time. Those who do not dive will have free time for a walk, beach time, relaxing, etc.
