This is our first Men’s Circle at the Light House, by invitation.

We will gather and workshop together the process of metanoeō – to change one’s mind, knowledge, spirit, and even our breath. We do this through self-awareness, reconnecting with the heart space, processing emotion, challenging the lies or false and limiting beliefs, and discovering eternal truths about ourselves, about our relationship with God, and about the world.
