Come join us for a beautiful evening that combines restorative yoga and a sound bath. This gentle, meditative practice will allow participants to experience a space where the mind, body, and spirit can deeply rest and rejuvenate. Erin Allen will lead a restorative yoga practice followed by an immersive sound experience that includes live harp music and singing bowls provided by Catharine DeLong.
All levels and ages are welcome. Feel free to bring a pillow and a blanket.

Catharine DeLong is a certified Music Thanatologist, hospice chaplain, and end-of-life educator based in Salt Lake City. She tends to the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of palliative patients and their loved ones with harp and voice. She has created sound experiences at yoga studios in NYC. Catharine is a graduate of the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary. She wrote and performed the original score for EPIPHANY, a short film released January 2023 by the Colors in Motion audio visual group.
