Come join a buti yoga class with Maddie!

Buti is an Indian Marathi word meaning “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Buti yoga utilizes grounding, intentional vibration, and spiral structure technique to facilitate release + toning of the body: physical, emotional, and energetic. Through primal movement, dynamic asana, cardio-intensive dance, and strength + conditioning practitioners integrate their human experience through connection and self-love. A heart led practice to rhythmic beats; welcome to the world of butisattva!

Maddie is an International Dance and Yoga instructor. She has trained in movement practices for over 15 years and has taught and trained in a variety of movement lineages ranging from cultural to abstract styles. She completed her 200hr Ashtanga Yoga teacher in 2021 which led her to complete four more yoga teacher trainings: trauma informed, yin, Buti, and Kids + Family. As a teacher, she infuses mindful meditations to bring movement to life. When she is not teaching or practicing she is learning about eco-friendly sustainable industries as she is an advocate for Protecting the Earth and our future generations.
